Adorable Bow Skirt Giveaway!

 This is the Francine Skirt from Shabby Apple...wouldn't it be perfect for the holidays? I picture it with a pretty silk blouse or something with a little sparkle. It's so feminine and sophisticated and guess what? It could be yours!
