How to: shorts and tights

I know this look has been around for a few years, but I am still seeing many different wool shorts at all different price points. In fact Urban Outfitters and Forever 21 had a HUGE selection of them. Again, I think these are so versatile. Dress them up, dress them down, either way it is a nice alternative to a skirt or your typical black pants.
