More love for Julianne...

Ok, so I just discovered that Julianne Hough designed a line of shoes for Sole Society. You guys, they are actually super cute! I am not a person who has a ton of shoes; I like to buy something that can be worn many ways. The Gianna Sandal is the PERFECT summer shoe. I would wear with this with skirts, dresses, skinny jeans...the possibilities are endless.

I want it in both the nude and the bermuda pink. They are only $59.95!

Have you seen her line of shoes yet? Check out more styles HERE.

A start to Spring with Fibi & Clo

During the summer I pretty much live in flat sandals. While I do of course sport the occasional rubber flip flop, I much prefer something a little bit more interesting. Fibi & Clo sandals are the perfect marriage of comfort and style. I love this sort of sandal to dress up a maxi dress or to pair back to the perfect white dress for summer. Their sandals also have an amazing amount of detail for the price; only $49.50!

I fell in love with the Sea Star which is this gorgeous shade of green mixed with smaller mint green stones set on Gold. I already busted them out for my trip to Arizona last weekend. How pretty do they look against the perfect green grass? The color on my toes is Candlewood Coral from Hoopla Studio in Fairway.

They have other fun styles to choose from, here are just a few of my faves...

I need the Petty...

After searching high and low for just the right bootie, I think I have found it. It's the Petty by Sam Edelman. This is the PERFECT transitional boot. Looks great with colored denim, camo pants, you name it. The Target Does It Again girls rock them (and look amazing, of course) quite frequently, which pretty much sealed the deal for me...

Shake your booties...

I am a bit obsessed with finding the perfect "bootie" for fall. These look great back to just about anything. I plan to pair them with leggings and cozy sweaters as well as boyfriend jeans or even my favorite "Minnie" pant from J.Crew...

I first saw these Rag & Bone booties on Standard Style's Instagram, aren't they amazing? I think I would go with them in plain black leather...

These Booties by Clark's are as classic as you can get. What I like about them is that they would be great dressed up or dressed down.

I am thinking for my lifestyle, I need something more casual like these by Dolce Vita...

And if you want to add these Booties to your collection, here are the links! Happy Shopping!

On Point

The pointy toe shoe has made a comeback for Fall 2012!  I have held on to mine for the past few years in hopes they would be back in style. If you tossed yours and want the updated version, here are some of my current faves...

Love this sexy, studded pump

We are seeing a lot of colored pumps for fall...so 80's, right?!

This shoe would go with everything

Oooh, I adore a kitten heel!

Metallic snakeskin...LOVE.

The Kaitlin

My TB gold flats have seen better days, I think it's time for a replacement. I am in LOVE with the Kaitlin Ballet Flat. Perfect all year round, don't you think?

Give me Chie!

On my never-ending lust list is a pair of shoes by Chie Mihara. They are the type of shoe that has just enough detail to catch your eye, but they aren't overly trendy. With a closer look, you can tell they are made extremely well. Chie Mihara herself designs her line of shoes for women with comfort AND style in mind. HURRAY for that! I am so tired of pretty shoes that you want to tear off your feet after an hour!

This season's collection is inspired by the late 70's and mid 80's...I kind of love them all. I just wish I had it in my budget to own a pair.

If you live in Kansas City, you can find a great selection of them at Habitat Shoes or habitatshoes.com

The go-to shoe

I saw these shoes on Glitter Guide's Instagram and I immediately fell in love. A flat with a bow, and a pointy toe? Just perfect in my opinion!

Frugal Friday

Typically I shy away from cheapie shoes, only because they usually don't hold up well and can be uncomfortable. But, when I tried these booties on at Forever 21 I knew I had to have them. They are "suedette", but they actually feel really nice and they do not look like some fake suede shoes can. They have a wearable short heel and the toe comes to a comfortable point. I also love the big exposed gold zipper.

I have been wearing these with everything from my rolled boyfriend jeans to leggings. I have a feeling these will be my go-to all season long! They are only $27.80 and come in this great taupe color. I am wishing they also came in black!

Shoe Splurge

I think my next shoe splurge may have to be the Pour La Victoire platform pumps. I keep seeing them on other style bloggers and I love how they go with just about anything! Being a sensible shoe kind of gal, these would be worth the investment. They are all on sale right now on Shopbop too! Maybe now is the time...

not basic, but very cool...

and how cute are the Edie pumps as seen on Erin from Ashes of Laughter?

or on Blair from Atlantic Pacific...

Too bad they are no longer available! DARN!

A great investment...

When I went to Chicago in February, I had a credit to use at the Tory Burch store. I had been stalking her website for weeks trying to figure out what to get. I dragged my friend Emily along with me to be my voice of reason. I was thinking of a handbag or wedges, but once we got to the store they weren't hitting me. The handbags were great, but I know I wouldn't use them as much as a great pair of shoes. Emily and I  both agreed that these were the best of the best...

Soooooo, I ended up going with the Leopard Reva flats. I am SO glad I got them, I love them and have worn them so much already.

They are one of the most versatile shoes I have owned. I wore them when it was still cold out with more of a fall look...

and now that it is getting warm out, I love it with these olive skinny cargos from J.Crew and a summery blouse...

they were worth every penny!!!

Classic and Feminine

I stumbled across Marais shoes this week while reading Brunch at Saks blog. You know my obsession with bows, and these immediately caught my eye! Well, then when I started browsing Marais Shoes website, I felt like I had struck Gold! Every shoe is so adorable, and all of them are insanely well priced. They are classic and feminine...don't you think?
