Winter Fragrance

I recently ran out of my Stella McCartney Rose fragrance that has been a favorite of mine for years. So, I guess it's time to pick up a new fall fragrance. I am absolutely loving Laura Mercier's newest scent, Ambre Vanille. The vanilla notes are soft and not too overpowering. The amber is subtle and perfect for the winter months. Instead of an actual fragrance mist, I would probably just get their souffle body creme. This way I can moisturize AND smell good all at the same time!

I think I would have to get the body scrub as well. It's always good to have an exfoliator on hand.

What is your favorite fall fragrance?

Good Clean Fun

I adore nail polish and all things beauty, but it's rare that I actually treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. But, thanks to a very thoughtful friend who gave me a gift certificate to the new Hoopla Studio in Fairway Kansas, I was able to have a few hours of pure bliss.

Hoopla is the first "luxury" nail bar here in Kansas City. They are nestled into a very charming area of Kansas called Fairway. The first thing I thought of when I walked in to the studio was "CLEAN". And when it comes to nail salons, this is major. The decor is modern, white, airy and cool. One wall  is entirely tubs and benches with pretty pillows to rest your back. Across from that is a wall of Manicure stations with flat screen t.v.'s for all to enjoy. They day I was there, they had it tuned in to Bravo's Real Housewives. They definitely know their clientele at Hoopla :)

When you first walk in, you are greeted at the front desk and are asked to choose your colors. The cool thing about Hoopla is that they have their very own collection of custom polishes. With a mani or pedi, you get to take home your very own mini polish! So after a few days if you have some chips, you can just touch it up...no problem.

Their 40 shades are displayed like Candy in a Candy store. How is one to decide? So many pretty colors to choose from! I decided to go with a fun peacock blue on my nails called " Princess Moon Beam" and an awesome dark navy on my toes called "Legal Eagles". My technician Kim H. was awesome...very soft spoken and sweet, thorough and very professional. I would highly recommend her if you decide to go.

At the end of the service, not only do you take home a polish, but you also get the file and cuticle stick that they used on you during your service. Love it.

A huge thanks to my thoughtful friend Michelle. And to the wonderful staff at Hoopla for making it such an enjoyable experience...I will be back!

In addition to nails they also do waxing and chair massage. For more info, visit hooplastudio.com

Siren.

As the temps cool and we start to wear our jeans and boots again, it's time to switch up the beauty routine. Gone are the bright pinks and shimmer, and on to deeper or more muted shades. Red lips have always been a favorite of mine. I own everything from an orange/Red to a deeper merlot. There is just something about a red lip that is so sexy and sophisticated....

This season I am going for Nars Jungle Red...a very vibrant, matte red. It's perfect all year long...

Will you be sporting red this fall?

To B.B. or not to B.B....

BB creams are pretty much the hottest thing going in cosmetics right now. Everyone is selling one...from Maybelline to Clinique. Most range from under $13 to around $40. So, if you aren't familiar with these creams, you are probably wondering why they are called B.B. creams. B.B. stands for either "blemish balm" or "beauty balm". B.B.'s are basically your SPF, Tinted Moisturizer and Skin care all packed into one "miracle cream"...or so they say...

Of course, I had to give this product a try! I don't like heavy foundation, but I do like subtle coverage which these creams claim to have. I went for Garnier's version, which has gotten excellent reviews; especially for the price ($12.99).

Garnier claims the following on their website:

Skin concerns, such as discoloration, dullness, blotchiness and dryness can come from a number of different sources. It's hard to find just one product that addresses them all.

"Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream immediately and effectively fullfills your skincare expectations with just one multi-benefit product that combines intense moisturizing skincare + immediate skin perfecting coverage for skin that looks naturally more even, radiant and smooth"

In my opinion I really think it's a great product. I like the coverage (it's a bit more than a tinted moisturizer), it definitely gives you a "glow". I like to add a bit of powder afterwards so that I don't look to "dewy" if you know what I mean. I am not sure that when I take the cream off that my skin looks any better, but I do like how it looks on and I will continue using it. I think it's a great product for the price and would definitely recommend it.

Anyone else trying out B.B. Creams? What do you think?

My beauty routine...

What's better than getting a sneak peek into a friend's closet? Well, looking in her cosmetic drawer of course!

Everyone has their favorite go-to products and I always love to hear what other girls are "using and loving" at the moment.

So, here is my typical beauty routine. What I am not showing is my back stock... a.k.a. about 20 different eye shadows, different blushes and my stock of lipglosses and lipsticks. These are just my everyday products that get me out the door in the quickest amount of time...

I love a good eye shadow palette...the beauty lines put complimentary colors together so that you don't have to do the guess work! I have a great palette from Laura Mercier from Spring 2012 (left) and a fall palette from Nars...2010, I believe (right). They also are a better value than buying all the colors separately.

I use Maybelline Full n Soft mascara. It gives your lashes some plump without clumps and I love that it's so inexpensive!

For eyeliner I use a skinny angled brush from MAC (pictured in pink). I use eyeshadow and a wet brush to apply liner.

I ended up getting a fantastic brush set from Sonia Kashuk at Target. People may argue that the quality isn't that great. But I really think they are pretty decent especially for the price! I especially love the big Kabuki brush that I use for my bronzer.

A good eyelash curler is a must, I use Shu Eumura's which has been voted the best year after year my different magazines and makeup artists.

I could NOT LIVE WITHOUT Laura Mercier's secret concealer. I have written about this on my blog multiple times, but I do truly stand behind it. It is the only concealer that doesn't make your under eye look dry and the color blends perfectly so you don't have raccoon eyes in photos. It's a fantastic product and will cure even the darkest of circles.

I love Chanel cosmetics (outside of the price). This spring I bought the limited edition blush that is pictured. It's SO pretty, unfortunately it's no longer available or I would link back to it. I also use their bronzer which has lasted me a lifetime. When this runs out I am going to get Nars Laguna, it's the perfect bronze for any skin tone.

I have fallen in love with Chanel's Vitalumiere Aqua foundation. It is SUPER lightweight, it has SPF and it looks natural with giving just the right amount of coverage. I save this for nights out or when I will be doing a news segment. It's just too expensive to use everyday.

For everyday, Cover Girl's Aqua Smoothers does the trick. It's a tinted moisturizer that also has SPF, and I believe it's under $7!

To eliminate any shine I may have, I use Cover Girl's True Blend mineral powder. Again, it's inexpensive and gives just the right amount of coverage for everyday.

Lastly, a product that I will always use and is the least expensive is plain old Vaseline. It is the only thing that keeps my lips moisturized...even in the dry winter months. It's the best!

So, that's about it! I am dying to know what your favorite products are! What is one thing you definitely could not live without?

Almost Per-fekt.

I happened to inherit some not-so attractive leg veins. As I get older, they just get worse and I am sure that someday I will have to get some "work" done on them. But until then, I just have to figure out ways to camouflage them, especially when wearing shorts or dresses.

I was thrilled to discover Perfekt's body perfection gel, which really seems to do the trick! It is a lightweight gel-mousse that smooths over body to cover up all the unsightly blemishes that we want to hide. It gives you just enough coverage, and it dries really smooth without the streaking of a self-tanner.

A little goes a long way, so you can get plenty of applications from one 3 oz tube. $48 on beautybrands.com

And if you are like me and want to stock up on beauty products, right now Beauty Brands is having their huge hairspray sale! $7.98 with a plethora of brands to choose from. I personally love the Big Sexy Hair brand!

My new best friend...

When I am pregnant, my interest in clothing kind of goes by the wayside. Shopping just makes me depressed. How fun is it to shop normal stores when nothing will fit right? But you better believe I have a wish list going for the minute I have this baby!

So, until then, I am replacing my passion for fashion with a new obsession...beauty products! We all need something that makes us feel good. So instead of a new dress or shirt, I am investing in new lotions and potions and stuff that is making my skin feel amazing.

meet my new bestie...the Clarisonic...

This invention is genius, and is something I should have gotten years ago. I had always heard such great things, but I had a hard time spending $150 on something to clean my face! Well, now there is a compact Clarisonic that gives you the same results as the full size Clarisonic for a fraction of the price.

It's called the Mia and it retails for $119. It does not have 2 speeds or a timer like the Mia 2, BUT it will deliver the same cleansing results in just 60 seconds.  I love that it is compact, which makes it easy for travel. It also comes in some cute colors to choose from!

Once you try it, you will be a believer too! I have already turned a few friends on to it and they are addicted. Honestly, I have never felt my skin feel this silky smooth.

Because nobody should have a unibrow...

Most men don't like to take care of their eye-brow situation...my husband included. He has great brows, but they tend to grow together in the middle giving that not-so-hot unibrow look. I have tried plucking them for him, but you would think I was putting him through torture. He has tried shaving them himself, which leaves them very uneven. Overall, it's just not a pretty picture.

That was until I discovered Bliss Spa's Poetic Waxing Strips for the Face ($25)They come with 10 double sided waxing strips that are so easy to use it's not even funny. You warm the strip between your hands for about 30 seconds, pull the strip apart and place onto the area to be waxed. You then massage it onto the skin for a few seconds and then you pull it off to remove the hair!

Surprisingly my husband liked this process the best. I also was able to remove more hair in a shorter amount of time and he didn't seem as irritated as when I pluck them. The strips are pretty thin, so they are pretty much fool proof.

They also make body strips ($36) would be great for in-between waxing appointments and you could easily pack and take them with you. Both come with a vial of azulene oil for post waxing to apply to the waxed area.

Both are available at Beauty Brands stores or Beautybrands.com

It's so Gud...

On a recent "toddler-less" trip to Target I spent some time perusing the beauty aisles. It's so hard not to get sucked in! There are so many new, intriguing and try-worthy products out there. A colorful and well packaged line caught my eye, called Gud by Burt's Bees.

This new line of bath and hair care is all natural...no Parabens, Phalates or Petrochemicals. Also, none of their products are tested on animals. But in my opinion, the best part is how they smell.

The line has 3 different fragrances, Orange Petalooza, Vanilla Flame, and Floral Cherrynova. I loved the Vanilla Flame, but ended up purchasing the Orange Petalooza Body Lotion which is a mix of Blood Orange and Hyacinth. To me it just smells fresh, summery and with a light touch of floral. The lotion is SUPER moisturizing. In fact, it might be the most long lasting lotion I have tried. I wake up in the morning and I can tell that it is still soaked into my skin. And you can't argue with the affordable $7 price tag!

Better late than never...

I am so behind on this, I am almost embarrassed to write about it. But, I just had to share! I had my first Shellac Manicure and I have to confess...I am in love! Why in the world did I wait so long to try this fantastic nail treatment?

I am heading to Arizona tomorrow, so I wanted to pick a fun color that will look good poolside. I chose a great Tangerine shade that looks appropriate now and will be great going into summer.

The lovely Kimberly at Beauty Brands on the County Club Plaza did a FANTASTIC job. She is incredibly detail oriented and you will not leave the salon until your nails are perfect. Even though it took an hour it was well worth the time. At the end of the manicure your nails are perfectly dried and you don't have to worry about messing them up on the drive home. For any lady on the go, this is the best invention.

It's been almost a week since my Shellac manicure and I don't have any chipping or peeling. And for me, this is miraculous. I am so hard on my hands! I am always doing some craft project, I wash my  hands constantly and I obviously am typing on my computer quite frequently which can take a toll on your nails.

I am not sure I will ever do a regular manicure ever again. Even though they run you about $35, it is a much better investment to have a long lasting, chip free manicure. What do you all think? Do you love Shellac too?

Spring Essentials

I am in desperate need of a new eye color palette that I can wear everyday. My NARS set I have from 2 years ago is just about toast. I tend to purchase seasonal sets because I think they are a better value. I just came across Laura Mercier's new spring palette and I am thinking this is going to be the one for 2012...

It comes with 6 eye colors: Buff Pearl and African Violet, Sateen Eye Colour in Tawny Apricot, Matte Eye Colour in Rich Cocoa, Pale Pink and Black Plum. As well as 2 cheek colors, which are Rose Desire and Fresh peach. All of this for $60 is an amazing deal!

I have never tried their lip shine pots, but this color would be perfect for everday. It is the prettiest, shimmery peach aptly named, Naked Apricot, $22

What beauty products do you have your eye on this spring?

I'm Blushing...

You know how I am a total sucker for cosmetics...especially when it comes to Chanel products. Because of the price, I don't always splurge. But, when I do come across something as fantastic as their new  Blush Horizen De Chanel., I will definitely pull the trigger.

I tried this on last week at Hall's while I was shopping with a friend. She also tried it on and we were both immediately obsessed. I have medium toned skin with pink undertones and my friend has olive skin and dark hair. Surprisingly it looked fantastic on both of us!

The "glowing blush harmony" as they call it has a subtle gradation of rose, peach and coral that gives you just the right amount of warmth and radiance. I felt like it really gave a nice sun-kissed look that was fresh and just perfect for spring. I would have purchased this on the spot, but they were already sold out! Good thing I am on the waiting list :)

I also fell in love with the new Rouge Coco Shine in Flirt. This hydrating lip shine is in the prettiest shade of coral that will be great with all the bright pinks and shades of tangerine we are seeing for Spring.

Overall their entire Spring 2012 collection is beautiful. If you are looking for a beauty update for Spring, it's definitely worth checking out.

Lash out

How does one decide which Mascara to buy? There are so many options, how does one decide which is best? I have tried both the higher end ($25 plus)and then the cheapies, and to be honest with you, I tend to like the less expensive ones better!

I actually use 3 different ones, so I thought I would share them with you. I think all 3 give great results, and I never have the lash dandruff (the little black specks under the eye) that I hear people talking about...so, here goes:

For every day and for great definition of my lashes, I use Define a Lash by Maybelline. It's got a really long skinny wand, great for your bottom lashes. I also use this if I am in the hurry and just want something on my eyes. It retails for about $7

For a more bold lash, I use Cover Girl Lash Blast. Amy, from The Huntress Lives recommended this to me and I really love it. It takes some time to apply it, and it can clump on occasion, but overall it really plumps the lashes up to give a dramatic look. I think it's hard to use on the lower lashes, so that is when I use the Define A Lash. $7

My all-time favorite mascara right now for day or night is  Lights, Camera, Lashes by Tarte. This retails for $19, so I am using it sparingly. It gives amazing definition, plumping and it's easy to apply. Tarte products are also all natural, so if you have sensitive eyes, this would be good for you.

Do you have a favorite Mascara that I should try?

New Nars Faves...

My friend and I stayed at the Conrad Hilton in Chicago, which just so happens to be connected to the Nordstrom building on Michigan Avenue. We loved it because you didn't even have to go outside, you just walked down a hallway and took the elevator down.

So, on Saturday night we had some time to kill and I suggested that Emily and I go and get our makeup done. I suggested Nars, because my friend Gina has gotten me totally hooked on the line. We had a great artist, her name is Adrienne if you live in Illinois, I would highly suggest her. She took quite a while (an hour for each of us) but we were so happy with the result. I don't have any pics to share, because my friend Jayme was the one with the camera Saturday night. But, if she does ever upload them, I will add them to this post.

I got 3 new products that I am in love with. First is the eyecream color Corfu. Gina had let me borrow this color from her and I am so glad that I now have one of my own. It is the prettiest shimmering taupe. I love it worn alone, or with shadow over the top to intensify the look. For a woman on the go, this product is magic. You can wear this and nothing else and walk out the door looking polished.

Since poppy red is such a hot color for Spring, I felt like I needed this in a lip color. I adore how Nars does a Matte Lipstick, and the artist suggested The Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Pop Life for my friend Emily. I immediately gushed over the color. They call it a true shimmering red, but I thought it came off pretty orange-red on me.

And then, the artist suggested to put Greek Holiday over the top for a more coral sort of "wet" look. I love the combination. It will be great bronzed skin and sundresses this summer. I also like it just alone for a very natural glossy look.

Do you love Nars too? What are your favorite colors?

For Him and for Her

Jonathan turned me on to Molton Brown products when we first met. In Chicago we could find their products anywhere and now that we live in Kansas City, we are missing our Molton Brown! Thankfully Jonathan's parents ordered him some new products for Christmas. My husband isn't too thrilled that I will be using his favorite products too, but we DO share a shower.

I love their clean unisex scents. Even their re-charge Black Pepper wash, which seems like it would be very masculine comes off smelling warm and clean. We got one of the big bars of soap that has big peppercorns in the bar (sounds weird, I know), but it feels like someone is giving you a good back scratch while you are using it.

We also got the Brave new world gift set which comes with their warming Eucalyptus body wash and sea salt scrub. It makes your entire bathroom smell like a spa, and it's good for the sinuses this time of year. It also comes with the Vitalising AB+C wash which smells equally amazing.

Do you love Molton Brown too? What is your favorite scent?

A little Attitude

We seemed to have a lot of attitude going on in our household right now. Julian has officially entered the terrible 2's. Whoa...it came out of nowhere!!!! Where did my sweet little guy go? I feel like he has an evil twin or something. One minute he's screaming and tears are flowing and the next minute he's laughing. By the end of tonight my husband and I were just trying to laugh it off instead of letting the frustration get the best of us.

My hubby also just chopped his hair off, which is giving him a little bit of an edge. It took me a day to get used to, but it's growing on me. I will try to post some Thanksgiving pics this week so you can see. It's very cute and modern and let me tell you, my husband does not take haircuts lightly.

And lastly, I invested in a new fall lip color this weekend, appropriately named "Attitude" by Chanel. My girls Janet and Madeleine (at Hall's on the Plaza) are a dream. They have been doing my makeup for years and always seem to know just what I like. I told Janet I wanted a fall shade, not too red, not too coral and not too pink. And Voila, she picked Attitude. I LOVE IT! It is somewhere between a cranberry and a shade of raspberry. It's not too dark, and works great for everyday.

I am hoping this week flies. I am already looking forward to Thanksgiving!

I love a bargain!

I have gone back and forth about what sort of "foundation" I should go with this fall. I had tried the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. I liked it, but didn't love it. The coverage was almost too thick for me. Then I had tried the Bare Essentials 3 step system. Again, I thought it looked great but I could tell by the end of the day that it had really lost it's coverage.

So, I asked my friend whose skin always looks so "even" what she was using. I couldn't believe it when she said Cover Girl! Not that there is anything wrong with Drugstore brands, I just have a hard time buying something I can't try first. She swears by the Aqua Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer.

I promptly went to Target and was thrilled by the price ($6.99) and even more excited with the results! It goes on super smooth (no sponge/applicator needed) and it is so sheer that it goes on very even. You will not have that line on the edge of your face, but it has just enough color to give you natural looking coverage.

If you are looking for something with a lot of coverage, this probably isn't for you. But if you want something quick, easy and light weight, it is the perfect product! I do have to say, I have to put some powder on after to get rid of some shiny spots, and then I always use a bronzer. But, overall it's such an easy application that doesn't take much time. It's also SPF 15, which is a huge plus!

Has anyone else tried this product? Thoughts?

Beauty Buzz

I've added a few new items to my beauty bag and thought I would share them with you. I am a cosmetics junkie, and so I love it when I find new products that just WOW me!

A good friend of mine is a beauty buyer and let me sample Tarte's new lip stains. If you love the cheek stain, then you will ADORE the version for your lips. I have never had anything stay on my lips as long and that are actually moisturizing.  In fact, this product has been clinically proven to moisturize lips by 6000%!!!! That is quite a statistic! I own Lust (the red shade) and it is a great natural, rosy red. It's such a light shade of red, I really think you could wear it every day. $24 available at Sephora or at Beauty Brands

Another great Tarte product is their primer with Wrinkle Re-Wind technology. Not only does it minimize pores, but it also decreases lines and wrinkles and increases the appearance of your skins firmness by 47%. I love that it  makes your makeup go on more evenly and will help it stay put throughout the day. It's under $35 which is also great for a primer. $32 on Sephora or at Beauty Brands.

I mentioned this product very early on in my blogging. I have not used Duri Rejuvecote  for 2 years, because nobody in Kansas City sells this. I was trying to avoid having to order it and pay shipping...it seemed silly for a nail polish. But my nails were paying the price! They started to chip again, not grow as fast and just overall they didn't look as good. I bit the bullet, and I am glad I did. This product is amazing. If you do your own nails, it's a wonderful base and top coat. If you get manicures, it will extend them much longer just by putting it on each day after. It's $12 (plus shipping) but SO worth it!

Lastly, this is my favorite "end of summer" color. It's called Flirt by Essie and it is a wonderful color to transition into fall. It's in between coral and red, and it looks great when you still have a tan without looking too summery. I believe it is an old color, but I never seem to tire of it! available HERE

A hat and sunglasses doesn't quite cover it...

You know how it goes, you are racing to get out the door to run an errand and you only have an hour or less before your child will throw a fit and as you pass the mirror and you see yourself. OMG. Am I going to go to the grocery store looking like this and potentially run into...an ex boyfriend? a client? an old classmate?

I have learned this lesson many times. The one time that you leave the house looking like you just rolled out of bed and threw on the clothes that were laying on top of the laundry basket is when you run into someone you know and you couldn't be more embarrassed. I have come up with a quick, 5 minute routine that will leave you looking somewhat refreshed and polished before you walk out the door (no shower required)!!!

1.) I start with Shu Eumura's Pro Concealer-it's super light and smooth. It is not heavy and can get rid of those dark circles, or blotchiness in your skin.

2.) Next, a bronzing powder does wonders. It will give you a slight glow and a touch of shimmer. I prefer Chanel's Soleil Tan De Chanel Soft Touch Bronzer

3.)  Nars Cream Eyeshadow...this stuff is amazing! I know I have talked about it before, but I can't help mentioning it again. You literally swipe it onto your eyelids and it has even coverage and just gives you a small tint of color. It's quick and subtle enough for daytime.

4.) An eyelash curler can work wonders! Do that and then put on some mascara, it will immediately open your eyes up. I prefer good old Maybelline Great Lash it's not super thick and it can be applied in seconds. The Shu Eumura eyelash curler is one of the best in the market.

5.) Nars Orgasm Blush-a bestseller for a reason. It's got a perfect "pinched cheek" glow and it's light and natural looking. It also has an amazing shimmer to it. I love it year-round!

6.) For the lips I love Chanel No.93 Paillettes Glossimer. It is a PERFECT shade of pink, with flecks of gold. If you like a really basic lip, try Bobbi Browns SPF 15 Lip Tint it's moisturizing and gives you just a touch of color

7) If you wake up with hair that is slightly "messy", work with it! Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly product really works. The Flexible hold spray can take your bed head from crazy to kind of cute in minutes. Bobby pins are also a great friend if you are having a not so amazing hair day. Twist and pin the sides back, a-la Lauren Conrad, or throw on a headband if your bangs are out of control.

Frisky Summer

I am definitely over my summer clothes...the maxi dresses have gotten their money's worth, I've worn every tank top and even my white jeans have lost their appeal. But, the one thing I am still in love with is that tan and glow that only summer can bring. When it is still 90 degrees, you want your clothes, makeup and hair to feel light. These are all items that even when you can't bear to put on your gladiators one more day, you will still feel fresh as you did the first day of summer.

As you have read in past blogs, I am a bit of a beauty nut. Thanks to my friend Gina, I now have a new makeup obsession...NARS. I have owned their "orgasm" blush for years, but never have tried anything else from them. I enlisted her help for the perfect summer, pink/coral shade that would be pool appropriate and that would look great for summer. She did not dissapoint when she applied "Frisky Summer" to my lips. It's a gorgeous shade of Raspberry sorbet that looks wonderful alone or paired with a soft pink lipstick. It's more Matte than shimmery, but it has the perfect wet glossy look for summer.$24 on nars.com

H20 is a skincare line that has been around for years. It's Chicago based and my obsession kind of started when I worked right next to a store. Their Hydrating Body Gloss spray is just the thing you need after a day in the sun. It's a dry oil which gives your skin a supple sheen without being greasy. It also has this wonderful light scent that is a mix of beach and floral. $14 on ulta.com

Alright, let's talk some more about NARS...another new product that I found was their cream eyeshadow. When it's hot out, the last thing you want to do is really spend time on your makeup. I like something easy and light that looks natural. Their cream eyeshadow is so wonderful, it doesn't crease and it applies super evenly. I was surprised how pigmented it was, you can honestly wear them without any other colors. My favorite shade is Mykonos which is a rosey copper shade. $21 on Nars.com

Lastly, my wonderful salon The Darling room (best blonde highlights ever, by the way) introduced me to this product by Oribe called Royal Blowout. When my stylist Johny put it in my hair it smelled so good I wanted to eat it...literally. I didn't want to wash my hair for a day because it was so wonderful. InStyle magazine has it listed as their stylists favorite products because it smoothes the hair without weighing it down and because it gives you sheen without being greasy...they should have mentioned the smell too, because it's outrageously good! $42 on c.o.bigelow.com
